Shipping Policy

At Cartoon Chnl, our products are made to order. This means each item is produced after your order is placed. Because we work with a fulfillment partner to produce and ship orders, processing and delivery times may vary.

Order Processing & Production

Once your order is placed, it is sent into production. Most orders are typically produced within 3–7 business day sbefore shipping.

During busy periods, holidays, product launches, or high order volume, production may take longer.

Shipping & Delivery

After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate. Your total delivery time includes both the time needed to make your item and the time needed for the carrier to deliver it.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created. In some cases, tracking may not update right away, even though the package has already been handed off to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Cartoon Chnl is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been placed, especially once production or shipping has started.

Delayed Orders

We do our best to make sure orders are produced and shipped as quickly as possible. However, delays can sometimes happen due to production volume, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other situations outside of our control.

If your order has not received shipping or tracking information after the expected production window, please contact us so we can review the order status.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment partner or shipping carrier to help find a resolution when possible.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cartoon Chnl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking says delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country. Cartoon Chnl is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Changes

Because our products are made to order, order changes may only be possible before production begins.
