Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Cartoon Chnl, each item is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Order Issues
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order. To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know the next steps. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We may replace or refund items that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrectly produced
- Different from what was ordered
Items must be reviewed and approved before any replacement or refund is processed.
Returns
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If a return is approved, we will provide the correct return instructions. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by a production or fulfillment error.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error:
- Items made correctly according to the order placed
- Items returned because of wrong size selection
- Items returned due to buyer’s remorse
- Worn, washed, stained, altered, or damaged items
- Sample items
- Items reported after the return window
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Since our products are made to order, once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel or refund it.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the tracking information and work toward a resolution when possible.
